Strange as it might sound and probably even difficult to digest, that’s exactly what this guy did for 6 months and shed an incredible 56 pounds.
A high school teacher from Colo, Iowa, John Cisna lost 56 pounds, lowered his cholesterol level and shed unwanted fat off his chest, waist and hips. And he did all this by just eating out at McDonald’s.
He’s now sharing his experience through his soon to be launched book “My McDonald’s Diet.” Cisna does insist that this is not the best or the only way to lose weight though and there plenty of other ways to lose fat. This he believes just one of the many ways people can opt to lose weight.
